No flat quotation without an inspection
Move-out cleaning can only be priced reliably once the property size, condition, windows, blinds, additional rooms and any special demands are known. That is why a personal on-site inspection is part of A.N.R.’s quotation preparation.

PetsAdditional charges may apply if pet hair or heavier soiling increases the required work.
Window cleaning including blinds
If window cleaning is part of the agreed job, the associated blinds or roller shutters are included within the agreed, accessible scope in addition to the glass and frames.
What is typically included in move-out cleaning
- kitchen and accessible appliance surfaces by agreement
- bathroom, WC and sanitary areas
- floors, doors, frames, cupboards and surfaces
- windows, frames and blinds/roller shutters according to the agreed scope
- other cleaning items according to the inspection record
Areas charged separately
- terrace or larger outdoor areas
- cellar, storage or other additional rooms
- parking space or garage area
- other areas not part of the standard flat/apartment
Cleaning work only: A.N.R. does not carry out painting, repairs, maintenance, furniture repairs, lamp or bulb replacement or any other trade work. Wear, defects or damage to built-in elements are not part of the cleaning service.
Documentation protects both sides
The condition and agreed scope are recorded as clearly as possible before work begins. This reduces misunderstandings and makes it clear which areas are included in the job and which are not.

Is the inspection really necessary?
Yes. A binding quotation is prepared on the basis of the on-site inspection.
Are the terrace and cellar included in the standard price?
No. Terrace, cellar/storage, other additional rooms and parking are priced separately.
Can a pet affect the price?
Yes. Additional work, for example due to pet hair, can lead to a surcharge.
Does A.N.R. repair damaged built-ins or replace lamps?
No. Our scope of service consists exclusively of cleaning work.
