A.N.R. prepares the binding quotation after a personal inspection. Condition, size, additional rooms, windows and possible extra work are recorded.
What is priced separately
- terraces and larger outdoor areas
- cellars, storage areas and other additional rooms
- parking spaces or garage areas
- special additional work due to heavy soiling or pet hair
Handover guarantee with clear boundaries
The guarantee covers cleaning-related touch-ups within the agreed scope. Repairs, painting work or defective built-in elements are not cleaning services.
